ETOP provides employees with the necessary resources to increase their general education, receive occupational training, and advance secondary school skills. Full-time Workplace Skills Instructors provide individual and group instruction.
Preparing workers to advance their occupational and communication skills, increase their knowledge of relevant and emerging technologies, and create new opportunities for personal and professional development is the purpose of Workplace Skills Instruction.
ETOP offers several courses and workshops that are designed to advance employees' abilities to compete for future jobs. From obtaining a General Education Diploma (GED), preparing for a career in electronics, or embarking upon a Machine Tool Apprenticeship Program, ETOP is able to craft and deliver joint occupational programs
